University degree;
2+ years of successful experience in Recruitment or in Business is desirable;
Deep understanding of IT business sector;
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and client-oriented attitude;
Good analytical skills, attentiveness to details;
Result-oriented and responsible;
English would be a plus.

Main responsibilities:

Provide high quality candidates search;
Conduct interviews;
Manage client communication during recruitment projects;
Developing new business activities;
Participating in other HR projects.
