Senior Sales Manager
On behalf of our client, Leading international organization operating in entertainment sphere, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Senior Sales Manager in Kiev
Requirements:
- University degree
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality sales or luxury product sales
- OR 3-5 years experience in B2B market
- Experience in dealing with senior management of corporations (3-5 years)
- Highly motivated, hard worker and project/target-oriented
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Driving license (own car)
- English language level – advanced/fluent
Main responsibilities:
- Actively sell corporate hospitality products in the relevant market
- Ongoing identification of leads
- Close follow-up portfolio of sales leads in order to optimize the conversion rate
- Close follow-up of payment process in order to avoid any delays in payment and discrepancies between orders and revenues
- Ensure permanent follow-up of the client after-sales process
- Actively handle the corporate hospitality on-site servicing process
- Attend marketing and sales events as requested by the Country Manager
- To develop the best possible client portfolio
- To maintain a permanent view of the market opportunities
- To train and lead junior sales consultants
- In Operations/Commercial division, reporting to Commercial Manager, Ukraine
