On behalf of our client, one of the leading companies in the oilseeds business in Ukraine, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of “Manager of Agronomic projects”, in Kiev.

Requirements:

• University degree in agronomy;
  
• +5 years experience in input sales and agronomy; 
  
• Experience of leading/managing a team would be a plus;
  
• Good communication and presentation skills;
  
• Self motivated, proactive, convincing and a team player;
  
• English language will be a plus.

Main responsibilities: 

• Development of customers base in strategic regions;
  
• Compilation of planting seed orders with major suppliers on the basis of available customers base;
  
• Logistics coordination and supervision;
  
• Development and supervision of quality control procedures;
  
• Full control over planting seed document flow;
  
• Management of the sales team;
  
• Crop forecasting;
  
• Coordination of origination.
