On behalf for our client, leading business travel agency, we are looking for the Head of Tourism and MICE Department, Kyiv region

Requirements:

Higher Education
3+ years experience in travel business
1+ year of management experience
Knowledge of ticketing and travel services
English language (be able to communicate, read and write)
Communication and analytical skills, business and commercial orientation, creativity and initiative
Readiness for business trips

Responsibilities:

Work with customers and sell tourist services and MICE
Be responsible for marketing and business development
Supervise and coordinate department
Planning and organizing training programs, certification and appraisal of affiliates and consultants
Participation in tourism fairs, conferences, committee
Negotiating with service providers
Maintaining relations with partners
Reporting
