Business Development Manager
On behalf of our client, world leader in information management services, we are looking for Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years PRO-ACTIVE DIRECT SALES AND COLD CALLING experience;
- Experience generating own sales leads, SEARCHING FOR NEW CLIENTS;
- Experience selling professional services is preferred, e.g. financial, insurance, logistics, investment products, etc;
- Experience selling to C-level decision makers and Directors;
- Experience working in a sales environment for an international company;
- University degree with a preference for a business degree;
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated;
- Communicable, outgoing and intelligent;
- Computer literate;
- Age – starting from 24.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling to set meetings with client prospects;
- 1st meeting presentations (2-3 meetings a day);
- Schedule and preside over follow-up meetings – topics to be covered include, but are not limited to:
- Developing client relationships
- Price list presentations and negotiations
- Contract reviews and negotiations
- Discussion of “non-standard” document management solutions
- Viewing clients’ in-house archives
- Presentation of ancillary services
- Working with team members to insure due diligence and best efforts in winning deals;
- Preparing support documentation, e.g. contracts, offers, etc.;
- Participation in tenders;
- Keeping all notes and relevant data current in the Sales Department’s database;
- Timely submission of sales reports and the like;
- Participation in in-house / outside sales meetings, training and seminars;
- Participation in the hiring process of subsequent team members;
- Marketing activities: assistance in preparing quarterly newsletters, brochures, etc.
Desirable skills:
- Fluent English;
- Personal car.

Area Sales Manager, Kharkov
On behalf of our client, leading International FMCG Company, we are looking for “Area Sales Manager”, Kharkov
Requirements:
- University degree / equivalent qualification;
- M/F up to 35;
- Minimum 3 years experience trade marketing in a FMCG sales / marketing environment;
- Marketing knowledge; comprehensive understanding of and experience of managing all elements of the marketing mix. Above/below line, price, promotion, shelf place, product (range), research, space management;
- First class analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and planning skills coupled with very good numerical and verbal reasoning skills. Proven ability to negotiate and present at senior management level;
- Excellent people management skills;
- Financial acumen, ability to understand company balance sheet / profit and loss account with strong budgetary control;
- Ability to analyse problems, recommend solutions and action plans within organisational policy;
- Working knowledge of inter-related functions, how they impact on their business and how to fully utilise the various central resource;
- PC skills;
- English – intermediate level;
- Valid driving license and driving experience.
