On behalf of our client, foreign FMCG company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of National Key Account Manager, Kiev.
Main requirements:
- University degree;
- 5+ years of experience in sales on similar position within international/local FMCG companies (non food division) or in importers/disstribution companies;
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience in budget planning and control;
- Excellent analytical and sales planning and forecasting skills - are the must;
- English will be an advantage;
- Advanced PC user of MS Office.
Main responsibilities:
- Attracting and managing a group of strategic clients , building a long term relationship and developing strong partnerships with them;
- Concluding agreements with leading retail chains on trade marketing, distribution, support programs;
- Budgeting, forecasting and following sales and results;
- Establishing effective relationships with distributors to ensure fulfillment of customer's orders;
- Achieving quantitative goals according to the brand development (turnover, distribution targets…);
- Developing team work with marketing, logistics and finance departments in order to empower the brands.
