• High education (legal);
  
• 3 or more years of experience of work at equal position: legal support of business activity of enterprise (not employment in courts); 
  
• Еxperience in the area of civil, commercial, international private law, drafting different kinds of contracts (including international), experience in contract management (any kind of such experience); 
  
• Experience in telecommunication sphere or in retail trade;
  
• Knowing legislation of Ukraine, international rules (Incoterms, Conventions etc.), tax legislation;
  
• Microsoft Office, Liga, Power Point, SAP, searching information in internet;
  
• Fluent English (legal English) at the level of drafting/translating contracts;
  
• Team player, Result Oriented, Passionate for better; Customers Oriented, Communicative, Proactive. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Drafting contracts under the requests of internal clients;
  
• Analysing, providing comments to drafts from the point of view generating risks for the company and compliance with the law;
  
• Development of financial and legal scheme for new transactions (deals). Negotiations with partners related to contract terms;
  
• Contract Management (including electronic contract management and SAP approvals of contracts), registering, database management.
