Key Account Manager
On behalf of our client, FMCG company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Key Account Manager, Kiev.
Requirements:
- University Degree;
- 5+ years of experience in Sales on similar position within international FMCG companies;
- Experience in budget planning, allocation and control;
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and management skills;
- Excellent analytical and sales planning and forecasting skills;
- Advanced PC user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent English is a must.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing a group of strategic clients, building a long term relationship and developing strong partnerships with them;
- Developing sales strategy for Key Accounts;
- Concluding agreements with retail chains on trade marketing, distribution, support programs;
- Budgeting, forecasting and following sales and results;
- Establishing effective relationships with distributors to ensure fulfillment of customer's orders;
- Achieving quantitative goals according to the brand development (turnover, distribution targets…);
- Initiating proposals on incentive programs to stimulate the Key Accounts loyalty to the Company brands;
- Developing team work with marketing, logistics and finance departments in order to empower the brands.
