Requirements:

Requirements:

The Market Access Manager would (1) lead market access strategy for the North-Western federal district and (2) coordinate the Team of the regional Market Access Managers in the following regions:

  • Central federal district
  • Southern federal district
  • Ural federal district
  • Ukraine
  • Kazakhstan
  • Georgia
  • Armenia

The Market Access Manager helps to create and communicate a unified vision for successful partnering with the regional Health Ministries and other related healthcare authorities, helps create the positive image of the Company brand strategies by decision points, integrates access related functions to support the government programs aimed at improving the demographic indicators and also at facilitating the accessibility of high-tech medical assistance.

Key responsibilities

The Market Access Manager helps to:

- Build the Company access capability while getting financing through the government healthcare programs
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge, expertise and insight for the Company ProfEd system
- Leverage marketing campaigns and activities to drive development and integration of market access vision and strategy within patients
- Synthesize input from medical affairs, health economic and outcomes research, regional access managers, etc. to identify and analyze trends and/or changes which will influence market access in all the regions involved 
- The Market Assess Manager would implement the Company market access strategy in the North-Western federal district.

Team Coordination:

- Effectively navigate matrix in order to develop and maintain positive relationships with other functional areas and Market Access colleagues to drive alignment and consistency
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge, expertise and insight for effective project management
- Determine, evolve and provide close monitoring of key Market Access deliverables
- Build and maintain a solid command on external trends through business communications, relationships, competitive intelligence, mentoring, best practice sharing, etc.

Key Account manager, Kiev
On behalf of our Client, global international company, we are looking for Key Account Manager, Eastern Europe (based in Kiev).
Requirements:
  • Graduate Degree level or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years in the Farm Machinery business, and with a large part of that spent in the Sales and / or Marketing environment;
  • An international business experience is preferred, with an associated knowledge of and exposure to varying cultures;
  • Russian – fluent, English - high level;
  • Knowledge of more than one European language is highly desirable;
  • Ability to communicate at all levels;
  • High-level PC expertise. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint intermediate;

MAIN TASKS:

Key Account Development: 

- Identification of customer targets, strategic planning and action development aimed at cultivating the highest areas of opportunity to increase growth and profitability of products for both company and its distribution channels. 

- Assist to establish and develop an organization of Key Account Specialists by market and potential that represent the entire product range of company and corresponding brands used incl. AMITY, and that interact and have access to the disciplines of sales, service and parts.

- This position is the link between the targeted distribution channel and company and serves to bridge communications, process or systems that are not in place or that need additional attention. 

- Assist in the Development of an annual plan and schedule of activities to be utilized in training, customer focus events, agronomic lectures and other activities that support the goals and development of the distribution channels targeted. 

Key Account Management:  

- Working with the Country Teams along with governments and other data sources, development and maintenance of a list of high profile, large acreage mega business customers. 

- Development of a profile for each showing scope of operation, geographic areas covered, current park of machinery, uses of technology and other critical data.  

- Establish a direct relationship with these key accounts involving the distribution channel and company. 

- Existing and potential customer relationship development.  Assist with the implementation of an EE-wide CRM program.
