Group Brand Manager
Leading International FMCG Company is looking for a Group Brand Manager
Requirements:

 

Responsibilities:
- Defining and developing the strategy of the product categories, commercial plan and monitor performance.
- Realising plan of the profitability development for the product, including sourcing, product mix, pricing, etc. 
- Management and renewal of marketing budget for the brand.
- Co-ordination and management of communication partners.
- People management - planning and managing the Junior Brand Manager / Brand Manager workload in line with category and brand priorities, coaching team members performance against competencies and objectives and provide them with feedback regarding their performance.
 
Requirements:
-         Proven experience in relevant position in the FMCG Business – at least 5 years
-         University Degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration
-         English fluent
-         Managerial experience
-         Brand/consumer knowledge
-         Excellent planning and organization skills
-         Creative thinking, innovation
-         Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
-         Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade

Manager, Consumer Engagement
Leading international company is looking for Manager, Consumer Engagement
Requirements:

 

The Consumer Engagement team is responsible for leading the portfolio communications strategy development and executing plans. The team manages all external company partners and is accountable for consumer engagement learning agenda and owns the consumer engagement budgets, which includes media & production. In particular, Manager, Consumer Engagement will be responsible for developing best in class marketing communication plans that meet the brand marketing objectives. And will be responsible for consumer communication vision, strategy & execution for the company’s key consumer targets, including:
 
Development, implementation and management of consumer engagement strategies, KPI’s and operational plans
Leading of consumer engagement team
Development and implementation of plans for consumer engagement programs/events by channel, brand, and territory
Development of network of partners and 3rd party suppliers
Analysis of consumer behavior and attitudes
 
Requirements:
University Degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Psychology
Proven experience in BTL, Promotions, Marketing in international or big local company / agency is a plus
Min 1 year of supervisory experience, (min 2-3 subordinates) is desirable
Good knowledge of marketing principles (BTL / 1-2-1)
Upper-intermediate level of English
Min 1 year of driving experience (cat. B)
