Requirements:

Main responsibilities and tasks:

- Tax Accounting

- Planning and submitting reports on Tax Authorities

- Checking and control of all tax reports

- Contractual work

- Auditing organization

Requirements:

- Higher Accounting education

- At least 3 years of accounting experience

- Good English

- PC: advanced user (Excel, 1C, SAP is a plus)

- Analytical thinking

- Communication skills

Fund Operations Accountant

Our Client, foreign Asset Management Company is looking for
Fund Operations Accountant

Requirements:

Production of comparisons of fund NAV performance provided by the outsourced Administrator against internally calculated performance data, identifying the differences and their source
Reconciliation of portfolio positions provided by the Administrator against the internal data
Being the Fund’s main point of contact with the Administrator/ Prime broker/ brokers’ middle and back offices
Assisting with various reporting duties as required by the business

Main requirements:

General understanding of the asset management business - an absolute requirement. An understanding of the product life cycle of transactions entered by funds, from subscriptions / redemptions in a fund to fund’s Long/ Short trading operations
An understanding of the products traded (equities, equity swaps, futures, fx products) and issuers’ corporate actions (dividends, stock splits, rights offerings etc)
Excellent Excel skills and good mathematical working knowledge
Good working level of English is a must
