Requirements:
- University Degree in finance, preferably in taxation, accounting, audit
- ACCA/CPA or similar qualification is a plus
- At least 2 years business experience in Tax in a multicultural environment
- Deep knowledge of tax legislation
- Deep knowledge of Ukrainian and international accounting principles
- Good knowledge of tax planning techniques

The Tax Manager is responsible for overall management of tax risks and tax burden of Ukraine, including:
- translation to the country of the corporate tax policies, guidelines and procedures;
- ensure compliance of the country with Global & Zone policies and procedures.
- identify and manage tax risks and identify tax planning opportunities.
- together with Corporate and Zone tax provision of tax planning for the country and control over its implementation
- management of current tax affairs of the entities in Ukrainian consolidation package.
- Coordination of multiple projects;
- Varying legislation in different jurisdictions;
- Frequently changing and unclear legislative environment in Ukraine

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
On behalf of our client, major international consumer goods company, we are looking for Chief Accountant
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of work experience as chief accountant in an international company
- Higher education in accounting/audit/finance
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of International Accounting Standards is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Participation in SAP implementation
- Facilitating smooth office operation, including cash flow management, following internal authorizations rules & policies
- Local statutory reporting (to Tax Authorities, Social Security Funds, etc.)
- Internal reporting (quarterly consolidation package)
- Tax calculation & accounting
- Support country manager in full year financial performance estimation, preparation of ad hoc reports and analysis

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT
Our client - Leading Swiss Company, world known producer of technical equipment is looking for Chief accountant
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- 5+ years of work experience as a Chief Accountant (foreign-economic activity experience, production of services is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting standards and Tax legislation
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, 1Сetc)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (Upper intermediate level) is a must

- Managerial experience

Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivation and development of accountant department
- Organization and conducting book-keeping in accordance with local legislation

- Contacting and working with external audit, tax and state institutions
- Participation in preparing reports in accordance with international standards
- Analysis and control of key points in expenses (direct and indirect)
- Participation in developing reporting and controlling systems in accordance with ICFR requirements
- Participation in budget preparation
