• University Degree in Finance/Accounting;
  
• 3+ years of experience in Tax preferably within Big 4 or  multinational company;

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in driving local tax planning value creation through minimizing tax charge and mitigation of tax risks;
  
• Participate in driving key subjects as Cross border transactions, Contentious transactions, Intercompany recharges;
  
• Participate in monitoring and adapting to legislative change, including preparation of proposals on the tax-efficient and risk-free options for business;
  
• Contribute to tax accounting by means of deferred tax computation;
  
• Contribute to manage local tax compliance (quarterly tax planning and tax reconciliation? Review of company’s contacts from tax viewpoint, analysis of tax deductibility of the expenses);
  
• Complete HFM returns providing commentary;
  
• Take part in answering tax authority questions, managing tax audits and litigation;
  
• Provide input to Line Manager on tax issues; 
  
• Drive the partnership with support functions;
  
• Participate in local project works as expert or representative of the Finance team.

• University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting;
• Working experience in multinational audit companies for not less than Senior Auditor position is a must;
• Working experience of leading the audit process in a production companies is a must;
• Able to lead negotiations with banks, investors and external auditors;
• Professional certification (especially fundamental level of ACCA) is a must;

• Accounting degree or equivalent;
  
• 5+ years of working experience in accounting;
  
• 3+ years experience in the position of Chief accountant or Senior Accountant in a foreign company; 
  
• Knowledge of economic principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations;
  
• Very good knowledge of local statutory, finance and tax accounting;
  
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the business to be able to support and control other functions within the company;
  
• High degree of computer literacy;

• Fluent in Russian/Ukrainian and intermediate English;

• To prepare economic calculation: variable profit analysis, price/volume variance, IRR, NPV;
  
• To assist in preparing operating forecast and cashflow forecasts on monthly bases;
  
• To investigate variances against budgets and provide analysis of differences;
  
• To analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control;
  
• Data collection for the budget preparation. To assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cashflow forecasts;
  
• Keeping tabs of the latest Macroeconomic trends;
  
• To participate in monthly meetings with management to discuss the budgetary position and agree action plans where required.
