Finance Director

On behalf of our client, production company (agribusiness), we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position Finance Director.




  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;
  • From 5 years working experience as CFO/Finance Director;
  • Experience in an agribusiness/production company is a must;
  • Previous working experience in one of the Bi4 companies is an advantage;
  • Solid knowledge of financial controlling, analysis, budgeting and planning;
  • Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS;
  • Profound knowledge in finance, tax, accounting and management;
  • Experience of going through an international audit and cooperation with auditors "big four";
  • Experience of working with banks and with tax authorities;
  • Ability to develop, coach and motivate people and build up strong teams;
  • Solid people management skills, able to build own team;
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and financial management practices;

  • Ready to relocate (Western part of Ukraine) -  is a must.


  • Maintain an effective accounting process and record of all company’s transactions on all levels and their consolidation in accordance with company’s standards;
  • Ensuring that all company’s reporting is consistent with company’s requirements and satisfies needs for tax reporting;
  • Sustain adequate liquidity position by the means of working capital and expense management;
  • Set up budgeting and budget control processes at different company levels;
  • Establish managerial reporting process with regular KPI and financial results overview;
  • Compliance with the regulatory and generally accepted requirements in the area of financial management, risk management and corporate governance, report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors;
  • Represent the company with investors, maintain banking relationships.

Payroll Specialist

Основні обов'язки:


  • Організовує процес розрахунку і нарахування заробітної плати в повній відповідності до норм законодавства України та корпоративних стандартів;
  • Взаємодіє з постачальником послуг розрахунку заробітної плати, з метою точного, своєчасного і повного розрахунку, нарахування і виплати заробітної плати співробітникам Компанії;
  • Взаємодіє з державними органами (Пенсійний Фонд, ФСС, податкова служба тощо) при проведенні перевірок;
  • Здійснює моніторинг законодавства з метою постійної відповідності процесу розрахунку заробітної плати і відповідних податків до законодавства України;
  • Отримує документи на утримання, компенсації, відшкодування витрат, а також інші документи, що мають відношення до заробітної плати; перевіряє правильність оформлення зазначених документів; організовує включення необхідних операцій у процес розрахунку заробітної плати;
  • Здійснює розрахунок та підготовку GLSU файлу по нарахуванню Accruals payroll;
  • Консультує співробітників Компанії щодо нарахованих сум утримань, а також стосовно законодавства в сфері розрахунку заробітної плати;
  • Є особою, відповідальною за дотримання строків розрахунку заробітної плати співробітникам Компанії та дотримання термінів подання Звітності із ЗП у відповідні Державні органи.


Вимоги до кандидатів:


  • Вища освіта;
  • Володіння англійською мовою не нижче рівня intermediate;
  • 3 роки досвіду на аналогічній посаді;
  • Досвід роботи в SAP та 1C буде перевагою;
  • Відповідальність, уважність, комунікабельність, вміння працювати з великими об'ємами інформації;
  • Досвід роботи в міжнародній компанії буде перевагою.

Tax Manager

On behalf of our client, foreign company, one of the leaders of the market, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Tax Manager


  • University Degree in Finance/Accounting;
  • 3+ years’ experience as Chief Accountant/Deputy Chief Accountant /Tax Manager/Tax Auditor preferably with a multinational company;
  • Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian taxation system;
  • Excellent knowledge of deferred taxation;
  • Experience of work with tax authorities;
  • Good knowledge of Local Accounting Standards;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; creativeness and readiness for innovations;
  • Good leadership, communication and business development skills;
  • English (from upper-intermediate);
  • Computer literacy: MS Win, MS Excel, MS Word, accounting programs (SAP R3 is a plus):
  • Must be able to achieve results in a complex and multi-functional environment:
  • The person will be representing the tax function and must have the strength of character to be firm and defend the tax department’s point of view, but also mature enough to recognize when to compromise.



  • Development, tracking and monitoring the company’s tax strategies in accordance with local tax legislation and internal company’s policies
  • Assurance the company taxes are calculated and paid according to the local legislation including review and approval/signing of tax declarations
  • Tax consulting of different departments with a view to mitigate (minimize) the existing tax exposures of the company and to avoid potential future tax risks:
  • Preparation and approval of all responses to the tax authorities, including administrative appeals and all Court instants
  • Regular review of non-standard contracts to ensure tax risks mitigations and proper business support, regular preparation of standard contracts in cooperation with legal department, regular communication and meetings with the tax and other authorities to discuss tax issues, present arguments supporting the company’s position
  • Developing of proposals for the management of the Company on tax planning, tax compliance monitoring plan
  • Calculates deferred taxes
  • Transfer Pricing function: monitoring transfer pricing results, recommending transfer pricing adjustments if results are out of range, and transfer pricing report coordination with consultants
  • Minimizes tax burden and optimizes related procedures;
  • Ongoing monitoring of changes in the tax regulations and pro-active reaction on them;
  • Support management decisions from tax perspective, including development of recommendation on the most tax-efficient and risk-free options for business;
  • Maintains relationship with tax authorities;
  • Coordinates work with outside tax advisors and tax auditors;
  • Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
