• University degree;
  
• 2+ years of working experience as an internal recruiter in big international company or 2-year experience in Recruitment agency is a must;
  
• IT literacy (MS Office);
  
• SAP would be a plus;
  
• Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian, English are a must;
  
• Energetic, attentiveness to details, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and run external advertisement campaigns (mass media, Internet etc.);
  
• Search and develop alternative sources of candidates search;
  
• Contact candidates, arrange interviews;
  
• Conduct competency based interviews, share feedbacks with managers and candidates;
  
• Provide regular and ad hoc recruitment reports;
  
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues;
  
• Participate in development of HR policies, procedures, guidelines in order to optimize recruitment;
  
• Participate in other HR projects as required.
