Leading recruiting company, Brain Source International is currently looking for bright candidates to fill the position of Senior Recruiter for our Kyiv office
Requirements:
Requirements for successful candidates:
- Age: 27-35
- +2 years of successful experience on the similar position in known recruiting agency or in international companies is required
- Experience to close top- management positions is a must
- Excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills
- Strong experience in client relations
- +2 years of experience as a team leader
- Excellent level of English is mandatory for this position
- Willing to work hard, both in a team and independently
- Possess confidence, positive attitude, strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Be able to manage time effectively
Main responsibilities:
- Developing long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up
- Closing top- and middle- level positions, headhunting
- Leading the team of consultants, monitoring their work
- Selecting suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
- Maintaining candidate networks
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
