Recruitment Specialist
On behalf of our client, leading telecommunication company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Recruitment Specialist, Kiev.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- 2+ years of working experience as an internal recruiter in big international company or 2-year experience in Recruitment agency is a must;
- IT literacy (MS Office);
- SAP would be a plus;
- Fluent written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian, English are a must;
- Energetic, attentiveness to details, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and run external advertisement campaigns (mass media, Internet etc.);
- Search and develop alternative sources of candidates search;
- Contact candidates, arrange interviews;
- Conduct competency based interviews, share feedbacks with managers and candidates;
- Provide regular and ad hoc recruitment reports;
- Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues;
- Participate in development of HR policies, procedures, guidelines in order to optimize recruitment;
- Participate in other HR projects as required.

HR Project Manager - Time Management and Payroll, Kyiv
On behalf of our client, international FMCG company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of HR Project Manager - Time Management and Payroll, Kyiv.
Requirements:
- University Degree (IS/IT, in area of programming and application development);
- 2+ years working experience in a big (preferably manufacturing) company on positions with responsibility to support Payroll and Time Management processes, or equivalent experience in development, customization and support of Payroll calculation system(s);
- Knowledge of Ukrainian Payroll legislation;
- Knowledge of Payroll (SAP, 1C, Navision etc.), Time Management and participation in Payroll implementation projects is a strong plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading technical/process Projects in area of responsibility performing full scope of Project Manager functions: management of scope, time, cost, resources, risks, quality, communication and integration during Project Life Cycle;
- Performing Project initiation, planning, execution, control, closure - using Project Management methodology and tools;
- Ensuring that each project is delivered with required scope, on time and with required quality;
- Leading required system testing in area of responsibility: plan, coordinate/conduct test and create clear testing documentation.
