HR Generalist
On behalf of our client, one of the leading В2В company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Hr Generalist, Based in Kiev region Requirements:
- Taking an active part in design and implementation of C&B policies and procedures;
- Coordination of recruitment process (preparation and placing job ads on employment boards, creation of candidates` short list, conducting first interviews etc.);
- Selection of the best local providers of training services for external trainings and ensuring successful administration of internal trainings via corporate program;
- Preparation and distribution of internal HR communications (personnel communications, company news);
- Providing HR support in all national business projects.
Major competences required:
- Experience in HR sphere;
- Analytical skills;
- Pro-active and customer / service-oriented;
- Fluency in English, Russian, Ukrainian;
- Confidence in MS Office.
