• University degree;
  
• 2+ years of working experience as an internal recruiter in big international company or 2-year experience in Recruitment agency is a must;

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and run external advertisement campaigns (mass media, Internet etc.);
  
• Search and develop alternative sources of candidates search;
  
• Contact candidates, arrange interviews;
  
• Conduct competency based interviews, share feedbacks with managers and candidates;
  
• Provide regular and ad hoc recruitment reports;
  
• Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues;
  
• Participate in development of HR policies, procedures, guidelines in order to optimize recruitment;
  
• Participate in other HR projects as required.

• University Degree (IS/IT, in area of programming and application development);
  
• 2+ years working experience in a big (preferably manufacturing) company on positions with responsibility to support Payroll and Time Management processes, or equivalent experience in development, customization and support of Payroll calculation system(s);

Main Responsibilities:

• Leading technical/process Projects in area of responsibility performing full scope of Project Manager functions: management of scope, time, cost, resources, risks, quality, communication and integration during Project Life Cycle;
  
• Performing Project initiation, planning, execution, control, closure - using Project Management methodology and tools;
  
• Ensuring that each project is delivered with required scope, on time and with required quality;
  
• Leading required system testing in area of responsibility: plan, coordinate/conduct test and create clear testing documentation.
