Financial Manager
Ukrainian subsidiary of fast growing international company with manufacturing facilities in Ukraine is looking for outstanding candidate to fill the position of Financial Manager in Ukraine.
Requirements:

 

Requirements:
·        Working experience in financial management and financial reporting according to the International accounting standards
·        University degree in Finance (advanced degree will be a plus)
·        Min. 3 years of successful work experience preferably in multinational production company
·        Knowledge of US GAAP standards
·        SAP user
·        Analytical skills, team work ability, strong business controls orientation
·        Ability to manage multiple projects under time pressure
·        Fluent English
 
Key responsibilities
 
·        Monthly management reporting and analysis of company’s entities in Ukraine to company’s HQ
·        Financial reporting according to the Ukrainian statutory and US GAAP standards
·        Planning and budgeting (monthly forecasting and annual budgeting)
·        Ensuring tax accounting, tax filing and tax payment according to Ukrainian tax legislation
·        Treasury management

Chief Financial Officer
Ukrainian Production Company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer
Requirements:

 

Main responsibilities:
  • Being in charge of managing of the Finance department
  • Being in charge of Budgeting, Reporting, Forecasting, Cash Pooling, Debt Management, monitoring /avoiding risky operations of the company, Payroll Management, Capital Expenditures, Cash Management
  • Managing Tax processes optimization
  • Being in charge of internal control of purchasing activities
  • Acting proactively and being initiative in proposing new ideas and solutions in respect to improving finance management
  • People management
Requirements:
·        Profound experience (3 + years) in a relevant position both in an international and Ukrainian companies
·        Good understanding of production, knowledge and experience in FMCG
·        People management experience
·        Knowledge of ACCA, CIP, ERP
·        Fluent English
