Chief Financial Officer
On behalf of our client, leading Service company, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of a Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements:
- University degree in economic/finance MBA degree is desirable;
- CPA /ACCA or equivalent certification is a must;
- Similar experience as Finance Director with multinational companies;
- Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience with a meaningful focus on US GAAP;
- 5+ years experience in management, department level and above;
- SOX compliance experience would be a plus;
- Good people skills;
- Fluent English language is a must.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on US GAAP to the Ukraine accounting team;
- Participate in the SOX implementation processes in Ukraine;
- Lead negotiations in Ukraine on financial matters on behalf of company management;
- Support the Ukrainian country head;
- Run financial department (approximately 25 employees) including accounting, reporting and employee services;
- Communicate frequently on company related matters with the US corporate finance team;
- Communicate with the global business management team on matters concerning Ukraine;
- On-going improvement of financial procedures and controls.

Vice-President (Investment Banking department)

Requirements:
- Higher education (economics/finance);
- CFA certificate would be a plus;
- MBA degree of one of the leading business schools is an advantage;
- 3+ years of working experience in the same position in one of the leading investment company in the world/Ukraine (investment banking department);

Main responsibilities:

Business Planning Manager, Kiev
On behalf of our client, multinational pharmaceutical company, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Business Planning Manager, Kiev
Requirements:
- University degree in economics, business or related field;
- Advanced degree in business, economics or related field preferred (CIMA, ACCA, etc.);
- Experience (3-5 years) in financial administration roles (both BPA and FRA) with record of increasing responsibility scopes, and successful and effective financial planning, budgeting, control and audits; relevant tax and/or financial planning certifications preferred;
- English, fluent written and spoken;
- Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase business volume and profit;
- Excellent financial modeling, budgeting and control process design abilities, analytical skills, experience in market/competitors analysis, investment analysis, designing and operating financial reporting;
- Ability to clearly present financial data in reports distributed to regional and global officers;
- Understanding of pharma business cycle and financial issues, including its regulatory environment;

Main responsibilities:
- Provide region financial planning, processes and relationship;
- Analyze region operating results and proactively identify areas of potential concern, initiating corrective action when necessary, and identify innovative ways to improve business volume and profit;
- Establish and manage region financial control processes, including quarterly and annual financial planning, goal setting, and target monitoring, as well as budgetary and purchasing controls.

- Coordinate and prepare Monthly Performance call report/Target / Latest Estimates for management, Business reviews (financial part), Budget reviews (financial part), Strategic Plan Deck (financial part);
- Supervise Balance Sheet, Net working capital, variance explanation on monthly basis;
- Business and Budget Controlling;
- Perform variance analysis of Sales, Advertising and Promotion expenses, other Function Costs and provide explanations of variances vs Prior Year, Latest estimates, Target on a monthly basis;
- Challenge Budgets and Projects within given assumptions and maintain valid financial plans;
- Manage return on investments analysis for new product launches, advertising activities, promotion campaigns, various company projects and initiatives;
- Supervise market share, inventory, stock-in-trade, sell-in/sell-out trends monitoring and analysis based on internal and external (market) information;
- Evaluate approval of advertising and promotion expenses, other special project costs based on profitability evaluation and expected return on investments analysis;
- Provide alignment of capital expenditures with approved CAPEX budget.
