• Higher education;
  
• At least 5 years of work experience in Packet Core Planning or Operation, Project Management, IP/MPLS Network Implementation and Design;
  
• Advance PC user, knowledge of UNIX and Solaris administration;
  
• Fluent English;
  
• Ability to manage working project group, decision making abilities, excellent time management, ability for analysis and remember facts, ability to learn technical subjects, stressless person (with high EQ), self-organized person.
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning of GPRS nodes rollout, its development and capacity extension;
• Improvement of network KPIs;
  
• Managing project for new system integrations;
  
• Preparation of HLD and LLD. Preparation of network’s design;
  
• Network capacity dimensioning.
