Brain Source International Professional Employer Services
Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is used when the client company is trying to reduce its head count by having the third party (PEO) to serve as Official Employer of the reduced staff.
Being on the payroll of PEO the staff continues to provide the same services to the client company.
PEO Services may also be presented by one of the following functions:
- Payroll outsourcing
- Outsourcing administrating of labor books and labor contracts
- Outsourcing safety function
- HR department audit
- Manage subcontractors such as canteen, transportation, uniform producers, trainings and insurance.
