Creation of the largest Ukrainian recruiting group Brain Source International Personnel (BSIP).

On February 24, 2020, the owners of the recruiting agencies Personnel and Brain Source International signed a merger agreement. As a result of the merger, the largest recruiting group in Ukraine «Brain Source International Personnel (BSIP)» was formed. This group, that is a part of international Executive Search network Intersearch, enables our clients to search for senior personnel not only in Ukraine but also in more than 50 countries.

The Brain Source International Personnel (BSIP) group brings together the best qualities of two agencies, such as the speed of personnel search and selection, exceptional client orientation and operational efficiency.

This allows the group to provide clients with a wide range of high-quality HR services, including recruiting, outstaffing, staff leasing, as well as outsourcing of various business processes at the best rate.
All legal entities included in the Brain Source International Personnel (BSIP) group will continue to fulfill their obligations under existing contracts without any changes.

Andrii  Kryvokorytov, who was previously the CEO of BSI is now the CEO of Brain Source International Personnel (BSIP). Aleksandr Golushko, previously CEO of Personnel, became a member of BSIP board.

Andrii  Kryvokorytov and  Aleksandr Golushko who were founders of the Ukrainian Recruiting Association 20 years ago, underlined consistency and expediency of such decisions in our volatile globalized world.
This merger will help manage the labor resources by main clients of the Brain Source International Personnel (BSIP) group, which are large international companies that already operate (are represented) in Ukraine as well as those that only plan to launch their business here.
