Award-Winning Recruiting Company Shares Leadership Expertise
Brain Source International shares expertise on leadership issues with the participants of the Ukrainian HR Summit 2011.
On April 21th, 2011, Managing Partner of recruiting and outsourcing company Brain Source International Andrey Krivokorytov delivered a presentation called “Portrait of Contemporary Leader. Mission Possible” for the Ukrainian HR Summit participants.
The Managing Partner of Brain Source International, thrice announced Kyiv’s best recruiting company by The Kyiv Post, shared with the Summit participants the main approaches allowing the company to successfully develop leadership competencies of its employees and occupy leading positions on recruiting and outsourcing market of Ukraine and the CIS.
“The main leadership evaluation criterion is effectiveness. We determine if the leader is effective depending on whether the organization has achieved its goals. Different goals require different leaders. Ones - for savings and control, others for breakthrough in sales or technologies. Universal sets of leadership competencies do not work. They too often contain contradicting traits and qualities. Every leader should have his/her trademark – plus the team of like-minded associates” – emphasized Andrey Krivokorytov.
Annually, the Ukrainian HR-Summit highlights the best HR practices of leading companies, urgent HR trends, change management in HR, talent management, leadership, motivation and other issues. This year, CEOs and HR Directors of such companies as Microsoft Ukraine, Metinvest, Interpipe, Kraft Foods, Raiffeisen Bank Aval attended the summit’s conferences.
